Any ideas? The whole thing weights 10.75kg that's almost 25 pounds in the old scale. ;)

Are there no markings at all, on the fins??... 

OK from photos and a quick bit of research it looks like a BDU 33 practise bomb,  dropped by modern aircraft, they were filled with some type of powder that would be ignited on contact and produce a white cloud to mark hits, your lucky this ones complete and undamaged apart from the missing screw in igniters, which you dont want anyway

It's a RAF Mk76 practice bomb @Lenny,seen them from £40 upwards in good condition .Hope that helps ;).
