Norrie
This picture was taken by me at the Argyle and Sutherland Highlanders museum in Stirling Castle...it was only while reading the caption, I realised that is was a story told to me by the writer, Duncan Ferguson, an old friend of mine, who suffered much degradation at the hands of the Japanese after the fall of Signapore. So much so, that when he was offered "reparations" by the Japanese Govt , he told them where to put it...:) The stories he used to tell me made my toes curl....he wanted to let everyone know what it was like.....What a great man he was...:)
