Also, as the war progressed Officers and NCO were authorized to contract with tailors bypassing RZM licensed tailors. Some of the contracted tailors sometimes were in Belgium and other Nazi "protected" conquered countries. Mr. Salis has attempted as an added section to one of his newer books regarding.
