Would it help if we had a separate downloads area @val  I mean a proper file area, worked through Amazon S3? We had it before, I can switch it on again. ;)

Digitalized PDF's from journals in German

https://www.radiomuseum.org/dsp_forum_thread.cfm?board_id=3764

For example Radiobote and Werner Thote articles are always interesting.

In last accessible issue there's article about Lauschgeräte und Lauschempfänger.

Cryptocellar. Lot of information about WW2 encryption and cipher machines.

There's now also Lorenz SZ42 operating manual online with English translation.

This project is also interesting - ongoing project to break German Wehrmacht Ciphers

Brilliant Links Val, many Thanks,

Full of some great information..I wish I could get hold of a 5 rotor Enigma machine......Maybe someone on a European site that they don't know what they are selling. Or when I go to St Nazaire and have a poke about, there just might be one in a cupboard with the pink booklet.???  YEH I will be Lucky, I'm just a dreamer!

Best to you....Ian/ Desert Rat.

If you are interested, read the simulator manual, there's lot of interesting

background how Germans operated those machines, sample messages etc.
