Richard Auld Posted October 26, 2019 Author Share Posted October 26, 2019 I think the water is simply coming over the rim of the window when the rain is really heavy. I am thinking of sealing the gap between the roof tiles and the edge of the flashing with 'expanding foam then a bit of silicon? Problem is it is going into the room below and we want to decorate that room before the kids visit at Christmas. I have half of November off to sort it out, hopefuly.
