Best to you......Ian Thanks Ian ( @Desert Rat) This cap actually came from my Friend in the UK ( @DAK D ). You'll notice it's made out of a finer wool than the standard battle dress. Desert Rat Posted June 27, 2019 Share Posted June 27, 2019 Hello Tony, Thanks for the link above..I didn't know the Middlesex Regt were in the area/ Front Line when the hawthorn crater blew, here are a couple of images when I was there near on the same spot as the movie film man captured it on film as it blew, the only known film of an explosion.
