kriegsfunker
Kasten Pz. Nr. 11a - what vehicle and intercom system was it used for? It's different from the Bordsprechanlage B Kasten Pz. Nr. 11, which got its power from an Umformer. This one has a vibrating power supply and gets its power directly from the vehicle battery.
dufleuve
A bit like the 23 and 23a. Same purpose, but different power supply. I see it uses a WGL12b, while the 23a uses a WGL12e.
kriegsfunker
Why were there two different 23 boxes? Why the different power configurations?
dufleuve
I assume it was to spare battery life when using the intercom only. The 23a could be used with motor stopped without killing the battery.
