Wiemar period knife, possibly forestry? Marked on tang and crossguard with a 3. Pieces missing on the staghorn   $200 plus shipping  Open for trades?

I,m not hundred % sure that this is Forestry, if it is, then there are parts missing, a clam shell and the top decorative metal part, where the top screw attaches , also the blade looks a lot different from those I,ve seen, and why is there clean scratches on the tang, it looks like someone has taken a file to it!!!!!!!

This is how it was when I got it, I would not take a file to it.  I stated there was pieces missing on the staghorn.
