@Gwar, this newspaper picture seems to be taken in RAD meldestelle.

There on the wall right poster where is written in Estonian:

"Riigi tööteenistus ootab sind" - RAD is waiting for you".

Very nice, as we see in a few of the photos, one is wearing the traditions XVIII Niedersachsen-Ost and the correct designation of 1/180 and the older version of the Feldmeister which was probably at that time Truppfuhrer..
