Those binding posts are not typical war time types.

I guess it's has to do sending morse over phone lines.

In front that big round hole probably housed dialer.

Are there any markings? Show more images, also from inside?

non il n'y a pas de marquage mais il provient d'un stock de matériel radio allemand ww2

It is a pre-war "Ferntastung" unit for the 100 W.S. It was replaced early in the war by the Ferntastgerät Ftg.b, a full description of which you can read in the book on telephone equipment from page 23.
