As such I am going to try and work through things to post sequentially. What ever I post up there I will post here and HWMF too just to cover the bases when stuff starts to get awkward to post in the coming times! Richard Auld Posted February 6, 2021 Author Share Posted February 6, 2021 To be honest I haven't really researched them all, this is not a main focus, just some of them that I have accumulated over the years. The problem with discs is the soldier keeps the disc he got in training and that is later added to the SB and then he has new units added to the book. That means you can have quite unrelated discs sent to Afrika. Only if they loose it do they get a new one from the current unit, sure some disc you might encounter will be related to AK but it is a hard paper trail to nail it down. My pall still has his dads SB from Afrika, there is no mention of anything AK in it and he was captured at Tunis. I will ask him to let me copy it and post it up and to be honest I did not look at what he had for an entry regards his tag. Leave it with me but everything is super slow with covid.
