This is a full clip of inert and totally safe 0.303 inch calibre training cartridges. This is a non-live round used for military exercises and weapons drill when live ammunition would be inappropriate. The live rounds are of the type used in the famous Lee-Enfield infantry rifles of WW1 and WW2
