The seller said it may have been used on a large operations map, pushed around to illustrate location of enemy subs etc. There were two others for sale and originally 6 in the shop. They obviously have some age related wear... Size: L: 7 1/2" (sub only). Anyone seen the like before? Any help would be very gratefully received. Desert Rat Posted May 1, 2021 Share Posted May 1, 2021 Hello Charlie, A nice item for a collection, haven't seen these before only when I was much younger you could buy plastic kits from the local toy shop and if I remember rightly...you could add bicarbonate of soda? to make them whizz around the bath.?
