Desert Rat Posted October 14, 2020 Share Posted October 14, 2020 (edited) Hello Waff, I hope you are well, here is a few images of the V1 site that I visited 2 years ago ......wow it's fantastic, hidden in the woods near Rouen, France and not visual at all to the UK & US bomber crews destined to bomb these rocket sites , but they did this one,as many others,,,..I, hope you like the images, but one place you should visit if you can??? Desert Rat Posted January 27, 2021 Share Posted January 27, 2021 (edited) Thought I would add this web image that my brother designed...for all the V1's dropped in Kent and South London.....The red dots show roughly where they came down, one is still near where I live in a wood, it exploded but all the ironwork and debris is still there, part the frame is still sticking up through the ground....I just need a spade and some hard work to find all the parts!
