Yep...great...but look at the indents on the primers...these cartridges have been really ejected by Brenny The Gun!:x:x:x

These guns are really heavy, but I suppose they are quite stable once shooting? I am not sure as I have only handled de-acs.

Didn't the ZB30 or VZ something similar to the Bren  o.O  Czech I think it was have this shaped firing pin too ?

Well,
I've been collecting WW2 German 7,92 cartridges in their boxes for a very long time but without my books I cannot say anything about this case!The headstamp reads DWM 1938 SS but IIRC there were NO SS-stamped steel cases...only brass ones!I cannot think of anything else at the moment!

I used to love firing the Bren, if you were good enough,you could get single shots from it as well. It was such an accurate weapon, which could be a drawback for a machine gun, but they were so easy to field strip and reassemble, plus the barrel was easy to change without the use of gloves. Did you know that there was a twin barrelled version made. China developed them in the 50s, but theres only one in existence now. They used the AK47 magazines

Yes @Davejb...I know that there was a double-barrelled version and yes...it's disgustingly accurate for a MG!
