Been getting opinions from every helmet nut I can and have been given the thumbs up on it. The EGA is the model with the rope cast onto it which usually signifies non active service but during WW1 these were worn during the later months for reasons I can only assume was that the production of active service ones couldn't handle the massive influx of people joining up. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
