The pics of Wagner are from online. The picture showing him wearing the medal is a doctored photo. Just, such a tragedy with the water damage but it is what it is. Unfortunately nothing can be done to repair it. So it is, so it must stay.... Nice thing, but someone needs a slap for poor storage.
