I have finally added an original shirt to replace the reproduction on my display. I am getting closer! The shirt is a sun bleached French made M36. These were commonly used by the Afrika korps, and I have had the experts look it over. I am very pleased with it. Never thought I would ever pay that much for a "shirt" lol. But its the history. And I wont be wearing this one out to dinner.

NEW: theMILITARIA.shop https://www.themilitaria.shop I’ve been planning this and laying the foundations of it for a while, but I hope to officially launch it in the new year. This will be the MCN’s main selling area, as well as a place for our trusted Quartermasters to have their very own mini sales website, as well as a collector’s sales area. Facebook is fine for certain things, but alas other things will get you banned. Also, there will be ebay style auctions, watch this space. Basically, it will have the existing dealer directory, those who have chosen to subsidise the MCN websites, and dealers who have their websites designed and hosted by The Militaria Shop will have full access here as well as priority advertising around all the MCN groups, Facebook and web. It’s very much work in progress and I’m open to suggestions. So far I’m implementing the following: Quartermaster mini sales internal sites Quartermaster Directory to external sites Collectors sales area eBay style auctions Militaria News and articles, including those that I currently do for the Armourer. (few months delay, so you still have to buy the mag. 😉 Fair diary and MCN days away Competitions make a return. 😉 Web design and admin service for militaria websites MCN merchandise, yes the tinnies are coming back Advertising in the press and promotion around Google and the web Newsletter with offers and discounts So, lots to do, so why not have a look around the website and use the contact page or online chat to send me feedback? Remember this is for the collector, so please be part of it. Sales for collectors will always be free in the FB group and on the website. I’ll probably put a limit on collector sales on the website, say 10 items per month unless you pay a small token fee. Dealers will be able to purchase unlimited items for sale. I’m hoping to build this BIG, and it will supersede the sales on our existing website. It won’t however supercede the Facebook group sales. They’re staying, but you will see sales in the website auto posted into ALL the MCN groups, not just the sales groups.
