Just increased the size of my jacknife collection by 100%..from 3 to 6.....just won these on the bay of Evil.... Two dated 1941 and 1944, the third has no date.... I love this type of knife and want more of them......

Hello Waff, Yes I am sure now that the UK/ EU laws have changed, I am sure years ago before all this B.....T you could have bought anything! When I got my gun licence in 1983...I went to a gun shop near me and had a look at his guns, he said come to the basement and offered me a fully useable Uzi....£350, F....G Hell....I 'could'nt believe it!...I ended up buy a Smith & Wesson .38 Saturday Night Special for £150....How much all has changed...??? Indeed, FB was good whilst it lasted.. Here’s what I wrote on the FB group... The Grenades and Ordnance Group just got taken down by FB. Sorry to see the group fall, but as I’ve said before, FB don’t want ordnance on their network. It’s their network, their rules. FB don’t want any militaria groups, they more or less told me that when I was picked to beta test the paid for subscription groups. I’m a member of a Facebook Power Admin Group, a Group run by FB staff and invite only. I applied for beta testing, was accepted and eventually got dropped when they realised the groups I ran. As I’ve also said before, the original MCN web forum is there for all, it has lots of different areas, buy/sell and runs the best forum software, the best servers and the best features. It runs great on mobiles too... Of course FB is convenient, but militaria has no future on FB... MeWe is a waste of time, nobody on it, doesn’t have the advantages of FB. WAF is stagnating due to lack of investment, etc. MCN is free, it’s there even as a regrouping area. I believe this group is the best on FB, if they close it, it will be a travesty, BUT FB may take us down, we are all on borrowed time here. Can I ask you all to join our web forum, even if you rarely use it, you can visit to keep up to date if this group is taken down. I’m serious, militaria on FB has no future. The MCN web forum is here to stay. We are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the MCN. Since Dec last year, my collection of Jacknives has grown steadily...:) Think I have about a dozen more, undated and with no crows foot......:)

Hi Dave, we've already discussed the fact that unlike on FB the interest is frightening lacking in just about any subforumhere!Even if I've been knowing Rojas for a dozen years now, thank you for bringing his amazing skills to the attention of those who may have never heard of him!Working with metal is VERY difficult,I've had the chance to see many of his masterpieces and some are better than the others and the one I like most is the F4U Corsair...I think it was on his site! I've been a member of all the big forums for years, even back in 1998 the MCN was the friendliest. Not the biggest, but definitely the best. Please invite all your collecting friends....
